Job Description

* Training Need Analysis (TNA)
* Preparing training material
* Value addition to the existing training material thus improving the competency
* Conducting refreshers sessions based on TNA
* Co-ordination with operations for TNA & other trainings
* Preparing Assessments.
* Completing certification on time & as per the module.
* Imparting training as per TNA
* Should have knowledge about Shares, Mutual Funds & Insurance etc esp. Shares
* Determine and arrange refresher, soft skill, communication skills and product training for the agents.
* Provide floor support to operations during transition.
* Maintaining various Trackers (Attendance, Assessment score, Attrition, feedback, etc...)
* Candidates from financial Sectors would be given preference.
